1. Service description

OG Traffic is an AI content generation service that creates research-backed, SEO-optimized blog posts. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models or prompts
• Resell access to the service without our written permission
• Abuse the service in a way that degrades performance for other users

4. Intellectual property

You own the content we generate for you. Once content is generated and delivered, all intellectual property rights belong to you. We do not claim ownership over your generated content.

We retain ownership of the OG Traffic platform, brand, and underlying technology.

5. Usage limits

Your plan determines the number of blog posts you can generate per month. Unused posts do not roll over. We reserve the right to enforce fair use limits on unlimited plans.

6. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of your first payment.

7. Limitation of liability

OG Traffic is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that generated content will be free of errors, achieve specific search rankings, or be suitable for any particular purpose. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your generated content will be available for export for 30 days.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
